The Rapture Part 2

The video shows the main parts that happened in my dream, but I figured I'd show you the whole story. I hope you enjoy.

My dream,

“We were playing with neighborhood friends out front.  The sky was bright blue, but then all of a sudden it turned pitch black and windy. Our friendswent home and we went inside.  Then they ran over to our house and told us there was a tornado.  The tornado formed right above the pond (in our backyard).  There were four twisters coming out of the tornado.  It came close to the house, but then the clouds parted and the bright light came down.  Many hundreds of angels came down, interlocking arms, and surrounded the tornadoes.  They kept squeezing the tornadoes until the twisters disappeared.  The clouds turned bright again and one cloud was holding Jesus on it.  I don’t know what He looked like, He was just bright.  Everyone went up to Him in the sky that knew Him and gave Him hugs and kisses.  It was really weird because we were running and then we just started running in the air because He was up high.  Then a couple people were yelling that it was aliens, a couple people were on the ground, bowing down because they knew.  A lot of people were crying because their kids were going up without them.

We went to heaven.  You were holding Elle (Love).  I went through the gates and felt for my cochlears.  They were gone but I was hearing perfectly.  Then we saw Baby, Beau, Trey, and Levi (foster babies) Natalie (friend that died of cancer), Gigi (grandma), Aunt Celie, and everyone we knew from earth that knew Jesus.  Then two angels came up holding Remington, Snuggles, and Tootsie (pets).  Jesus was right next to us.  It was almost like a parade crowd, and Jesus was showing us around and we saw everything.  There was a huge, long table filled with food for everyone to eat later.  There were trees, but it wasn’t like earth.  I guess it looked like earth, but it was perfect.  I never looked down to see if I could see the earth from up there.  I don’t think He wanted us to.  He showed us a golden trail and we followed it to a huge, golden mansion.  In my mansion there was a pet lion and pet sheep lying down next to each other.  From the distance from every single mansion, you could see His throne.  It was the best dream.  I didn’t want to wake up.

Below are some things that Ididn’t know from the Bible that we found out my dream.

Rev 7:1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree.

Rev 1:7  BEHOLD, HE IS COMING WITH THE CLOUDS, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen.

1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever.

Spirits

Did you know fear is a spirit? Well it is. A spirit from Satan. Not a spirit you want in your life. You want to avoid it, but how?

 This is how,

2 Timothy 1:7 "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love, and sound judgement"

There is your simple answer. If you fear hell, God's love prevents believers from going there. If your fear is demons or darkness, God's power defeats that. If you fear speaking, He gives you sound judgement.

God does NOT give you a spirit of fear. That is Satan's spirit. God's spirits defeat Satan's.

Idols

You may be sitting here thinking "Hm....Idols.....I don't worship idols, I don't need this post." When I say idols, I don't mean like cows and chickens or golden animals and statues.  No, I mean what do you do in the morning? What's the first thing you do? A lot of you get ready to go to work and school and start your day off with getting dressed and brushing your teeth. But when you have a morning where you don't have to get up early to get to work or school, what's the first thing you do? Text? Play a video game? Skype? Anything?

Well, I know when I get up in the morning, I like to check my YouTube channel before doing anything. I like to see how many views I gained and how many more subscribers I got. It's my thing to go to in the morning. That doesn't seem like a idol, but I do it before doing anything else. That means I am doing it before reading God's word. That makes it a idol. You put it before doing anything.

Videos may seem small, but when you put it before reading the Bible, it's a MAJOR deal.

From now on I try to read the Bible before checking my YouTube channel. Everyone should try to fit in the Bible. Maybe you should start a little schedule where you don't do anything until you read one verse of the Bible. It will be hard to stick to, but it's possible.

I remember, about a year ago I got addicted to this game, Howrse. I loved it. The first thing I did in the morning would play on it. In the afternoon I would play it for hours. It meant the world to me when I earned a lot of money or gained a special item. It got so addicting that I wanted to play it instead of going to Church. It became a major problem. I got really high in that game. I was close to the best player on the game, but at that point in the game, I lost something called "Karma points" for talking about Jesus. You began with 10 karma points and I lost 3 for talking about Jesus. I lost some privileges I had before and got so sad. I decided to quit. So I did. That game was a HUGE idol though. When I think of idols, that's the first thing that comes to my mind "The game Howrse". I look back on that game and think "It was Satan trying to get me addicted to the game. I got addicted, but as soon as I mentioned Jesus, I lost everything." Don't EVER let anything become that important to you.

I like YouTube and making videos for it, but I much prefer going to church or my Youth on Wednesdays.

What are your idols?

Just say Jesus

Is there some moments in your life when you feel so frightened, that you're hopeless? I know that I get frightened when it's really dark outside and I'm walking. Or when I am bike riding through a dark forest(that story is in the post "Courage")

I can tell you every single time I feel fear cripple up my spine I say the word "Jesus". It truly sends a peace into your body. Or maybe when times get hard and life gets tough and you're afraid what this day brings, you can just call on Jesus for help. He's always there when your calling. So, remember next time you're frightened or scared of what life brings, just say Jesus.

Enemies

Do you have anyone in this life that just aggravates you? They irritate you? Or maybe they are nasty to you. They are mean and cruel. Maybe they've been mean to you in the past. Maybe they've taken something that was valuable to you and destroyed it. Maybe they are very popular in your school and gossip about you.

Most of the time when someone is like that, it means they have something going on in their life. Whether it's problems with family or other situations. They just can't hold it in. They are so sad and mad that they have to take it out on you. The truth is, everytime they let a cruel word out of their mouths, it's out of sadness more than anger.

No, it's not fair that you have to be the punished in this situation, but it's the only way they seem to get attention. In the Bible, it mentions enemies multiple times. For instance, Mathew 5:44 says "I tell you to love your enemies and pray for those who hate you."

Those were Jesus' words. I can tell you, that's hard to do. It's hard to pray for someone who just seems so unlovable. I remember trying to be kind to my enemy and they would end up shooting back words that were ten times nastier than normal. This is also very challenging, looking at someone and saying "They are loved by both me and God"

Some people can be so nasty, but you know what? God loves them as much as he loves you. He died on the cross for you and them. So why not start showing them God's love. No matter how mean they are continue to be kind and understanding. Everything will be fine. Believe me.

Enemies aren't cool. They aren't nice and are hard to love, but they are the people who need God's everlasting, immortal, indescribable love the most.

I remember a long time ago, we went to this place often. One day I met this new person. I asked her if she went to church and she said no. So I tried talking about God to her and she just became nasty after that. She would ignore me or treat me differently. I remember being pretty sad, but I didn't lose all my hope. I ended up trying over and over again to be kind to her. At first she was not very nice, but the more I spoke kind words, the nicer she got. Soon enough I was delighted to see she was out when I went to the place. I ran up to her and say hi and she would gave me a friendly greeting back.

Be nice to your enemies, pray for them, they will change. It might take a while, but they eventually will change if you keep showing them God's love.

Doubt

Many people doubt, even Christians. It's human nature. Everybody doubts. I hate to admit it, but I sometimes doubt. Some of you doubt there's a God, some of you doubt that he's everywhere at anytime. Maybe you even doubt that he loves you.

When I doubt, it's doubting His greatness, because it goes beyond a human's mind. If you doubt there's a God, that's our God, well there is one explanation for it. Satan's creeping among you and whispering it's all fake, and that's holding you back.

Satan's favorite thing to whisper is, "Is there really a God, no! Of course not, it's silly!" or "If there really is a God it's impossible to be everywhere at anytime." or "You've messed up so bad, there is no way you possibly can be loved by him."

Well, Satan tries his best to keep people from going to Heaven. Unfortunately, he's successful. Because of him, more than half the world doesn't follow God. Most of the world will turn away and get sore at you when you mention God.

Every time you hear, "You aren't loved." say "I have a creator who loves beyond a human mind can imagine, because if he didn't love me, He wouldn't have given me life." When you hear "He can't be everywhere at anytime." say "It seems impossible, but He's the God of the impossible, all things are possible."

Doubt is Satan, it's all lies. Ignore the deceitful whispers and turn your face to God. Everything will be okay. Trust me.

Courage

I remember I was little, around the age 6, I slept with this little stuffed lion every night. I wanted him everywhere I was, but one night I realized I left him out in the car. It was around 8:00 o'clock and it was dark enough to scare me. I even turned the outside lights on, I was still afraid. Even once I got to the car, I was shivering all over. We live near lots of trees and there are trees in front of our house and in back. So I was afraid a coyote, racoon, or maybe even a mean person would come and hurt me. I remember racing to the door and feeling a rush of relief entering the door of the house.

Do you sometimes just feel so hopeless, you don't dare to take another breath. Do you stagger and stammer before doing something? Maybe going outside when it's dark scares you. You'll never have courage for that. Maybe you don't have courage to face tomorrow, finish a test, share the gospel, face the dark, or maybe you don't have courage to confess your sins. Whatever it is, you're afraid.

The truth is your frightened because you feel alone.  But guess what? When you give your life to Jesus, he will conquer your fears.  So next time you face the darkness in the night, know he's there and providing light and contentment. Next time you face a test, He's by your side saying "It's gonna be just fine."

The biggest fear Christians have is sharing the gospel with others. They are afraid if they share, they'll lose friends or look odd. That's why we need to call on Jesus for courage. He gives it to you, if you're afraid to share the gospel. You're basically saying "I prefer you go to Hell than me make a fool of myself".  Also keep this in mind, once you die, nothing is with you that you had down here, except the people that you shared with and came to know Jesus. So you might as well risk losing a friend, because you might receive them eternally. You might end up being right next to each other in Heaven, forever. All you need to face a non or anti-Christian is to have courage.

Courage is a gift, why not receive it?

Recently, about a year ago, I was on a bike ride with some friends. We went out when it was bright and didn't get back until dark. Really dark. We went bike riding about 5:00 o'clock and we passed a beautiful forest and parks. We often found ourselves near the road. We were near a soccer field and ended up playing soccer. We wore ourselves out. So my two friends, my sister, and I all stayed at the end of the biking line on the way home. We were so tired. It was as dark as midnight when we passed through the forest. We couldn't see a thing. We couldn't see the bikers ahead, so we ended going even slower than before. We were all a little freaked out. At this point I was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt and it was about 60 degrees Fahrenheit outside with wind. So we were shivering and in the dark. We were a little scared, but I remembered a line from my favorite song "When you don't know what to say, just say Jesus." So at that moment I let the word Jesus roll out of my mouth a peace ran throughout my body. I could see flashlights ahead, I could see bikers ahead. I was warmed. I was full of courage. I was fine after that, I regained my energy too.

Troubles

My family used to foster children, that means we took in orphans until they found forever homes. I remember holding each baby individually and loving them to pieces. I remember loving them and watching them leave us. It was heartbreaking. All the babies we had we wished to adopt and we had our minds set to it, but ended up kissing them good bye. The hardest one to lose was Love. She was our only girl foster baby, we had her for eight months total, praying and hoping we could adopt her. We were told constantly that we had no hope, she was never going to be ours. We so badly wanted to prove the foster employers wrong. But we ended up having the baby for eight months and losing her. I remember being so devastated as she was taken away, I never wanted to say good-bye.  But I did. It was awful. I was broken into two and couldn't heal for months. Devastation comes. So does hurt and disappointment.

Hard times come, they really do. If you think you haven't experienced it yet, it's coming. You may be one of those people who is strong in the faith. You're a firm believer, you go to church every Sunday, you may attend other groups throughout the week, and you may continually ask God to bring you closer to him. The troubles are sometimes are so rough, they stress you out, drain you physically, spiritually, and emotionally. You feel you cannot rest in peace.

Read in the Bible, Matthew 11:28 "Come to me who all are weary and burdened and I will give you rest."

God can give you rest when your next day is unpredictable. You're drained because today was extremely hard, and who knows what tomorrow brings. Listen, God CAN give you rest because he knows tomorrow, he knows the troubles, and he has them defeated.

Yes, troubles are life, you may have small troubles like, tests, exams, or friends. Or maybe you have bigger ones like loss, death, or devastation. No matter how faithful you are, troubles are coming your way, left and right. Satan's trying to beat you, but God, if you let him, can destroy those problems with a word.

I consider myself a pretty faithful person, but that doesn't mean I don't sin, or go through trials. I try my best to be a godly person, but I've gone through heartache, loss, death, and devastation. But I can not leave the good things out.  God has also given me peace, joy, happiness, and contentment.

Every one of us have been through heartache, sorrow, and stress, but we also have gone through joy and happiness, along with peace.  That comes from the Lord.
